Shipping Rules and Disclaimers
We sell products worldwide. The Shipping rates, availability, tracking information and time depend on the customer location and carrier services conditions.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If tracking information is available for your order, we will promptly let you know as soon as it is made available to us.
The expected time to delivery is between 14 and 60 days after your order has been sent out.
>> PROCESSING TIME vs. SHIPPING TIME
Processing time: We take up to 5 business days to process your order and prepare the shipment. Normally, the orders are fully processed in 3 business days.
Please note that: processing time (3 - 5 business days) differs from shipping time and should be added to total delivery expected time.
>> DELAYED DELIVERIES
The shipping services are handled by third parties. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over that.
In case of delay, we count on your understanding. Please allow the full 60 days before contacting us about delays in your order. Will do our best efforts to manage the issue.
For International Shipping, customs delays may occur, depending on the destination country. We do not have any control and responsability for this situation and eventual customs fees. Please contact your local customs agency for more information about expected custom delays and fees.
>> CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
We kindly request you to review your order (s) details before placing it, since we do not accept order cancellations. Please check carefully all details, including shipping address in advance.
In case you notice something wrong with delivery details in your order, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
During processing time and if your order has not yet been shipped, the best efforts will be made in order to manage the issue and address eventual mistakes, however we cannot guarantee this.
After shipping, we are not able to change delivery details or resend products that have been sent out to a wrong address.
Given the wide number of countries that receice our products, after shipping, please allow up to 60 days for your order to arrive at destination.
>> DIFFERENT PACKAGES
In case your order is composed by different products, probably you will reveice the items separately. It means different packages arriving possibly not at the same moment.
The reason for that is the distribution channel we use to process and discpatch all order from multiple warehouses.
